1. Delivery Time

Delivery time is usually 5 to 14 business days, counted from the moment your tracking number is provided to you by email. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days.

2. Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship to the United States, Germany, Austria, UK, Switzerland, and Cyprus (and to other countries, if available at checkout).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping during promotions or above a certain order value.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

5. Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance, force majeure, or carrier issues. If a delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.

6. Undeliverable Shipments

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect delivery address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may charge the resulting return shipping costs.
